My Muslim friend of 19 years, very hot, and in great shape. We were dressed in costumes the gym and was surprised that she wore pants. It would be a little odd to ask, but I was just curious.

You may be cons cutsom or religion, perhaps the most comfortable underwear is regular pants or shorts. Not all attractive women are comfortable to use, and just because someone is attractive does not require them to wear flip-flops.
